Do I need a user name and password to access the admin controls once I visit the IP address of the security camera
Yes, for the first time, pls using the default user name and password in the user manual to log in. Once you have logged in to the admin controls, make sure you change the default user name and password to something that you can remember but difficult for someone else to guess.
Why I cannot access my Network camera in Internet?
There are some reasons for this problem:
Only see black screen or unreasonable code when remote login?
If you could access the login page in remote place, it indicates that your DDNS settings are correct. You could not see living video but only some undefined characters, it may be the internet speed problems, especially the camera work on Wi-Fi.
